CYBERBRIDGE Kenya:
Empowering Women for Cybersecurity Careers

Ariel Technology, in partnership with BCS Koolitus, is launching CYBERBRIDGE Kenya — an initiative focused on developing the next generation of women cybersecurity professionals while helping organisations strengthen their cyber resilience.

The programme combines practical cybersecurity training, mentoring, workshops, and hands-on exercises with structured internship opportunities designed together with employers. Participants will gain industry-relevant skills that prepare them for real cybersecurity roles and career growth.

CYBERBRIDGE Kenya will also develop an employer-driven Junior Cybersecurity Professional framework to ensure training aligns with current industry needs and workforce demands.

Benefits of the Programme

  • Practical, job-ready cybersecurity skills

  • Mentorship from local and international experts

  • Internship and employment pathways

  • Support for women entering technology careers

  • Access to emerging cybersecurity talent for employers

CYBERBRIDGE Kenya is helping bridge the cybersecurity skills gap, expand opportunities for women in technology, and strengthen collaboration between Kenya and Estonia in digital skills and cybersecurity development.
